• Telegram username — used to connect you with your dedicated account manager for onboarding support.
• Campaign attribution — UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content parameters from the URL you arrived from, used to understand how you found us.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your masterclass account.
• Send you transactional emails (e.g. password setup, account notifications).
• Send you marketing emails about the masterclass, related content, and updates from Fanvue and Infloww.
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising through conversion tracking (Meta and Google).
• Analyse sign-up trends and traffic sources to improve our service.

3. Marketing Emails

By signing up, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email marketing platform. Your name and email address are shared with Brevo for this purpose.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link — your preference will be respected immediately.

4. Conversion Tracking

We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. When you submit the sign-up form, a conversion event is sent to these platforms. Your email address is hashed (one-way encrypted) before being transmitted.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We use the following third-party services to process your data:

• Neon — database hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Brevo — marketing email delivery and contact management.
• Vercel — website hosting.
